Boston I

We started our first day in Boston with beatiful weather at the Bunker Hill Monument, which you can climb too. From there we went on to follow the freedom trail which passes by many of Bostons main sights.

On our way we passed by the USS Constitution (the oldest battleship in the American fleet), the Old South Meeting House (that is where the Boston Tea Party began), Faneuil Hall, Granary Burying Ground, the Paul Revere House Quincy Hall and a few others.

The freedom trail finally ended at the Massachusetts State House (below) which offers free tours but we didnt want to wait so we did our own.

For the rest of the afternoon we had a walk around Chinatown and some other nice parts of Boston.
